Our History

Our long history began on February 10, 1896, when Malcolm D. Cameron joined Lambton Mutual Insurance as their first agent of record. Over time, he was joined by his son Norman Cameron, who is fondly remembered by many long-term clients for delivering insurance policies on his Indian Motorcycle. Years later, he was joined by his son Park Cameron and his wife Agnes. In true family tradition, the next generation also joined the business. When you call the Cam-Ron Insurance Brokers office you are sure to find at least one of the family members, Karen Hoven, Cheryl Cameron, Greg Cameron, and Janet Cameron.

With the addition of each generation, Cam-Ron Insurance Brokers Limited has grown to who we are today – a locally trusted team of insurance professionals delivering the very best in home, auto, farm and business insurance solutions.
